Unlike previous editions, workshop selection is not required at the time of registration. After completing your registration, you will be invited at a later stage to submit your preferences for workshops and any additional registration options that may be offered.

To make your visit to the conference as smooth and comfortable as possible, we offer a complimentary shuttle bus service. The shuttle operates between Alkmaar Central Station, an intercity station, and Hotel Zuiderduin, the conference venue. Return trips from the venue back to Alkmaar Central Station are also provided. This service allows you to travel easily between the station and the conference location without the need for additional transport arrangements. Closer to the conference dates, more details about schedules and registration for specific shuttle times will be shared.
